The National Post of Paraguay (DINACOPA) was created by Law No. 4016/10. The provision of postal services in the country and abroad including the scope of the Universal Postal Service; other services and products created and offered by DINACOPA created; and the issuance and promotion of postage, aimed at meeting the needs of their customers.
