Compañía Auxiliar al Cargo Express, S.A., CACESA, is a freight forwarder, logistics operator and customs agent, expert in the handling of postal shipments, urgent parcels and general cargo. Cacesa was founded in 1987 and its main shareholders at that time were Iberia Líneas Aéreas de España, S.A. (75%) and Marítimas Reunidas, S.A. (25%). Today, it is part of the IAG Group, which was formed in the merger of the airlines Iberia and British Airways.
